Which sealing materials can be used for hydraulic check valves?
The standard valves are supplied with NBR seals. Other available sealing materials are FKM (Viton), EPDM, or PTFE. Special materials are also possible, which are selected specifically for a given application in consultation with our customers.
What is the opening pressure of Bott hydraulic check valves?
The opening pressure of our standard valves is approximately 0.25 bar. In addition, versions with approximately 1 bar and 2 bar are also available with our standard housing. The extended version (…V) is available with opening pressures of approximately 4 bar, 6 bar, or 8 bar.
Are there also hydraulic check valves for extremely high sealing requirements?
Our soft-sealing valves are perfect for applications with very high valve sealing requirements. This is the case with our RKVWG series, for example.
