The high level of protection and safety in Germany is a key factor in creating a society worth living in. In many areas, however, this level can only be maintained thanks to the various efforts of volunteers. This is one reason that volunteering is of particular importance to us. Bott supports employees engaged in volunteer work by offering a simple time-off process for volunteer service and training, along with additional donations in kind.
We were extremely pleased to be honored by the Bavarian State Minister of the Interior, Joachim Herrmann, as a volunteer-friendly company. This distinction makes us proud and provides an incentive for us and our “volunteers” for the future.
