Up to this point, we have been using around 450 spray cans of protective agents and quick cleaners per year at our Mössingen site alone. In addition to the costs and effort involved in disposal, this was not exactly sustainable.
That is why we have now decided to switch to durable and refillable spray cans. These are different colors so they won’t get mixed up in production. Simply replacing the spray nozzles has significantly reduced consumption. In addition, we can now source the materials in larger containers and eliminate the disposal costs for the old cans at the same time. This is not only good for the environment, but also improves the return on investment.
