Our newly developed hydraulic cylinder offers maximum flexibility and does not requires any power cables or compressed air. The highlight: The integrated pump unit is operated with a standard cordless screwdriver – without any physical effort.
Operation couldn’t be easier: A cordless screwdriver drives the integrated pump unit and ensures a quick and powerful extension of the cylinder. It can then be gently lowered via a release valve. As an alternative to the quick lift via the cordless screwdriver, it is possible to operate the hydraulic cylinder with your feet using an integrated foot lever, for example to precisely adjust its holding position.
The compact design enables use in stationary and mobile applications. Especially in workshops or assembly areas, where manual pumping is often still required, this solution makes things noticeably easier. Thanks to the cordless screwdriver drive, the system is also energy-optimized and independent of stationary energy sources. The result: greater comfort and improved ergonomics.
A major advantage of the new system is its flexible adaptability: The size, maximum lifting force and stroke length can be customized precisely to the customer’s requirements.
