Rather than complaining about the shortage of engineers, we recruit our young talent as a partner of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University. This month, we are once again able to welcome a first-year student and a young engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering at the same time. This not only makes the two of them happy, but the whole team.
