We have been working on digitalizing our production and administration workflows for several years now. We enlisted the help of external support to consolidate these initiatives and prepare the way forward strategically.
In several workshops that were part of the VDMA’s Industry 4.0 scouting, we defined our objectives, recorded the current status, and specified necessary measures for implementation. The result is a digitalization roadmap as well as initial achievements via quick-win initiatives. Over the course of the year, we will implement additional sub-projects, making our workflows significantly more efficient.
