Many years ago, we decided not to complain about the lack of engineers, but to take action ourselves. As a partner of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), we help train the next generation of technicians ourselves. This is the reason why our team now has several generations of engineers who have followed this exact path with us.
