We’ve been successfully implementing lean production in our company for several years now. In addition to the expertise we have on board, the broad support within the workforce has also helped us move forward.
In order to maintain and build on this high level of motivation, we have once again booked a lean course just for Bott at the HTWG Konstanz. In the model factory there, our team was not only able to acquire theoretical knowledge, but also to experience the effect of the initiatives immediately on an assembly line in real time.
We are carrying this momentum forward to further increase productivity within our production, meet deadlines even more reliably, and tackle the omnipresent increase in costs head-on.
Many thanks to Prof. Dr.-Ing. Carsten Schleyer and his team for the great insights and eye-opening observations. We returned from Konstanz full of ideas and ready to take action. Now it’s time to put what we learned into practice within the company.
And by the way, our team just broke the assembly line’s ten-year-old record time!
