As a partner of the Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg Cooperative State University, we train our own young technical talent. That is why we now have several generations of engineers in our team who have followed this path with us.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure that this path remains successful, we presented ourselves as a partner at this year&#8217;s study day at the university.
