What sets it apart: Using a precisely adjustable, finely metered flow, we were able to completely avoid conventional, failure-prone proportional or control valves.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The innovative control system enables high pressure control accuracy \u2013 all with a simple and robust design. This allows functions that would otherwise require complex valve technology to be realized with minimal technical effort. The solution is ideal for applications with high demands on process reliability and repeat accuracy, such as those found in hydraulic pressing operations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technical specifications of the valve:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Maximum operating pressure: 350 bar<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Maximum flow rate: 5 l\/min<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Medium: Hydraulic oil based on mineral oil<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Temperature range: -30 \u00b0C to +80 \u00b0C<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Development was carried out entirely in-house \u2013 from specification, design, and prototyping to full series production.
