During the design of a new system, the technical lead for single- and multi-level systems aimed to create a hydraulic control system that combined simplicity with maximum performance. The goal of the hydraulic solution was to achieve pressure accuracies of \u00b11 bar at maximum pressures of up to 300 bar.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/><strong>The solution:<br\/><\/strong>Bott designed the solution based on decades of experience in press hydraulics. A robust, easy-to-use, yet highly precise hydraulic system with a press manifold designed by Bott and manufactured in its own production facility in M\u00f6ssingen. The use of poppet valves, which guarantee leak-free operation, allows the hydraulics to operate in shut-off mode and thus achieve a high level of energy efficiency.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/><strong>The smart advantage:<br\/><\/strong>Demonstration of a complex process that requires maximum precision, with hydraulics without a control loop or control valves.
