In today\u2019s increasingly challenging environment, with rising costs and challenges finding new employees, we\u2019re working even harder to continually improve our processes and facilities so that this success continues.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is one of the reasons we automated our CNC cylindrical grinding machine at the beginning of the year. This has enabled us to significantly increase machine running time and capacity.
