To raise awareness of this topic among all team members, we have introduced the Gemba walk in production. With this, we are taking yet another step towards a corporate culture of participation. Everyone can get involved and take responsibility. The first few months were a complete success and the first improvements became apparent to everyone very quickly. This practice will help the company in turbulent times. And it helps create worker satisfaction and strengthen bonds within the team.<\/p>\n\n
