In April, BOTT Smart Hydraulics hosted an informational event about career opportunities at the company. Parents and students of the Burghof School in Ofterdingen were given exciting insights into the training opportunities.<\/p>\n\n

Markus Haist, member of the management board, welcomed the guests and introduced the company. In his presentation, he provided insights into modern working conditions and the diverse career opportunities at BOTT Smart Hydraulics.<\/p>\n\n

During the subsequent tour of the company, the participants were able to visit the production halls and form their own impression of the modern production facilities and interesting products that are shipped from M\u00f6ssingen all over the globe.<\/p>\n\n

This was followed by a lively discussion with experts in attendance. There were several experts on hand to answer questions from parents and students: Mr. Uwe Bauer (teacher at the Burghof School and the one who initiated the evening), Mr. Hansj\u00f6rg S\u00e4nger (the Burghof School principal), the career advisors from the Employment Agency, Mr. Huste (the T\u00fcbingen Vocational School Center principal), Mr. Frank Schneider and Mr. R\u00fcdiger Gollmar (both responsible for industrial training at BOTT), and Manuel Kienle, who successfully completed his training as an industrial mechanic at BOTT.<\/p>\n\n

The parent evening on career paths proved to be an all-round successful and very informative event, giving attendees valuable insights into the professional world and the training opportunities at BOTT Smart Hydraulics.<\/p>\n\n
