We enlisted the help of external support to consolidate these initiatives and prepare the way forward strategically.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In several workshops that were part of the VDMA&#8217;s Industry 4.0 scouting, we defined our objectives, recorded the current status, and specified necessary measures for implementation. The result is a digitalization roadmap as well as initial achievements via quick-win initiatives.
