We think so too \u2013 and rightly so. We do a lot to make sure that we live up to these expectations: This includes investing heavily in machinery and process improvements in recent years. But that alone is not enough.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Top performance is only possible with highly trained and motivated employees.<br\/>That is one of the reasons we are so pleased about the outstanding graduation and commendation of our trainee Johannes Wurster.
