Many years ago, we decided not to complain about the shortage of engineers, but to take action ourselves. As a partner of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, we train our own young technical talent. That is why we now have several generations of engineers in our team who have followed this path with us.
To ensure that this path remains successful, we presented ourselves as a partner at this year’s study day at the university. We would like to take this opportunity to once again express our sincere thanks to the organisers at Campus Horb.
