We have developed a specialized valve for controlled pressure increase and decrease for a client’s custom application in hydraulic presses. What sets it apart: Using a precisely adjustable, finely metered flow, we were able to completely avoid conventional, failure-prone proportional or control valves.
The innovative control system enables high pressure control accuracy – all with a simple and robust design. This allows functions that would otherwise require complex valve technology to be realized with minimal technical effort. The solution is ideal for applications with high demands on process reliability and repeat accuracy, such as those found in hydraulic pressing operations.

– Maximum operating pressure: 350 bar
– Maximum flow rate: 5 l/min
– Medium: Hydraulic oil based on mineral oil
– Temperature range: -30 °C to +80 °C
