Some of the most critical points of a hydraulic manifold are not on the outer edges, but deep inside it: Burrs tend to form during machining, particularly at intersecting bores. These burrs need to be removed so they do not come loose during operation and cause expensive damage. To pinpoint burrs and ensure consistent deburring quality, we have purchased a new endoscope. The high-resolution images can be analyzed by our operators on a large screen. Only when we have a clear view deep inside can we guarantee our customers receive flawlessly deburred hydraulic manifolds every time. Our opinion: Playing “hot and cold” with a blindfold on should only be for children’s birthday parties. Professionals, on the other hand, need a clear view.
