Heating with compressed air

Saving energy has not only been an issue at Bott since the current crisis. In recent years, we have gradually converted all of our air compressors to models with energy-saving frequency converters. Seeing as a relatively large amount of waste heat is still generated, we take advantage of this heat via exchangers and large storage tanks to heat rooms and hot water. This means that our central heating only has to be switched on from November onwards and we use waste heat to produce all our hot water from March to November.
