Hydraulic unit for shock absorber flushing device in Active Body Control suspension
A well-known workshop equipment manufacturer has developed a specialized shock absorber flushing device that is designed for the maintenance and servicing of vehicles with Active Body Control (ABC) suspension systems. This active hydraulic suspension works with an operating pressure of around 30 bar and places special demands on the flushing, draining, and filling of the shock absorbers.
At Wolfgang Bott GmbH & Co KG, we supply the right hydraulic power unit for this purpose, which has been precisely customized to the requirements of this application. The greatest challenge was integrating the unit into an extremely limited installation space while ensuring high operational safety and robustness for workshop use.
The oil reservoir cover also serves as a compact manifold. Several hydraulic functions are integrated there, including our tried-and-proven Bott check and pressure valves. The intelligent design, simple installation, and long service life of the unit are impressive.
